Chicago is tied with Cleveland for second place in the East but they hold the tie breaker. They need to keep winning to hold on to that spot. They should be able to manhandle the struggling Wizards who are still without Arenas and Butler. They've lost four in a row at home. Both of these teams tend towards the OVER (Chicago 21-18 OVER on the road, Washington 22-16 OVER at home). This total opened at 197 and has plummeted down to its current line, giving us even more value. Yes, Chicago is off a great defensive effort vs. Charlotte, holdin gthem to 81 points. But, the Bulls are 18-8 OVER the past two seasons after holding an opponent to 85 or less points. Washington is 13-3 OVER after 3+ UNDERs over that same span. They are also 11-2 OVER off a road win this season.
