This is a very low total, the lowest these two teams have seen. It's based on Chicago's scoring slump and 71 points scored when the two teams met two weeks ago. But that's not going to happen again as the Bulls shot just 33% from the field, 24% from beyond the arc and 63% from the charity stripe. Yes, they are struggling to score this year, but they aren't THAT bad. The Bulls have scored over 90 in five of their last eight games. And, they allowed Toronto to score triple digits on 55% shooting in that game. Toronto has averaged 102.4 ppg and the same allowed over their last five games. November games with a total this low (under 190) featuring a road team that has gone UNDER the total by a combined 48+ points over their last ten games have gone OVER the total 75% of the time (33-11) over the past decade. We think this total is depressed too much and we'll back the OVER.
