Chicago at Sacramento

The Sacramento Kings have been rebuilding for well over a decade and can't seem to get over the top. They are getting closer as they are 8-10 to open the season. The issue now is their two best young players in Fox and Bagley are out. I'm not so sure this team should be favored by five points here, the second most they have been favored by all season, without a pair of stars playing. The Bulls are just 6-14 on the season, but I think the Kings would have a worse record than that without the two stars, which is the case tonight. Make the play on Chicago.
