The Bulls are averaging only 100.4 points per game, which would have been fine 15 years ago, but now they rank dead last in scoring and #25 in field goal percentage. Portland has won and covered the last three meetings and the Trail Blazers have won four of their last five games, including a big victory over Houston before defeating New York 111-101 on Monday. Jusuf Nurkic led six scorers in double figures with 20 points and CJ McCollum and Damian Lillard added 17 apiece against the Knicks, who were held to 40.4 percent from the field.
