Chicago at Philadelphia

The Chicago Bulls have had to make do without Derrick Rose for what seems like long enough that any adjustments that need to have been made, certainly have been. The Bulls' last six games included five against winning teams, with the sixth against a surging Indiana team. I look for them to come out as a team in need of a win, and for the first time in quite a few games, they will be facing a team that can't withstand their "A" game. Philadelphia has been brutal all season and are a long way from being a competitive team. Philly boasts just 14 wins to show for the season, and will likely surpass the 60-loss mark before the curtain comes down on the season. The Bulls are 8-3 ATS following a spread loss, and the Sixers are 0-5 ATS in their last five on three or more days rest. Lay the points on Chicago.
