Chicago at Orlando

The Orlando Magic was at one time a strong franchise, making the playoffs on a regular basis. They have not had a winning record since the 2011 season, and in fact have finished 12 or more games under .500 in every season since. This year is the same old story as the Magic enter at a woeful 23-41 on the season. The Magic simply do not finish games, and have the worst fourth quarter rating in the NBA. The Bulls have been treading water all season, and currently hold down the seventh seed in the East if the playoffs started today. I certainly think they know the value of beating bad teams as they try to hang onto a playoff spot down the stretch, and Orlando may be a good dose of what they need right now.
