The Bulls have struggled in spots you wouldn't expect them to, and that is on the offensive end. They are shooting a high school-like 39% from the floor. The Knicks are off to an even worse start than last year at 2-9 and the Garden has become restless and unfriendly. Coach Thomas has lost the team, and they are now quitting in games. Flip Murray, a Detroit guard, even made the comment about the Knicks after their game, saying "They looked like they didn't want to compete." This will be far from a home game for the Knicks, as anyone that shows up will be asking for Coach Thomas' exit again and booing Marbury out of NY. The Bulls will find their way, and get back in the hunt, while the Knicks will not. No better way to get out of the shooting duldrums, than to play an unmotivated team that plays no defense.
