The Chicago Bulls have done a great job without Derrick Rose. The Bulls owned the United Center a year ago have taken on a new identity - one that has seen them become very defensive, and it has led to road success where they are 15-10 on the season. New Orleans played a lot better up to the All-Star break, and they are a better team with a healthy Eric Gordon. They still have a long way to go, and they have been brutal when following a stout defensive effort where they allowed 75 points or less, at a woeful 6-21-1 ATS in their last 28. The Bulls are strong after a loss where they are 51-25-2 ATS in their last 78, and will show up for this one. Go with Chicago.
