Chicago is reeling, having lost 11 of 16 road games including nine of their last eleven. Meanwhile, Minnesota is surging and coming off their best win of the season, an 8 point victory over New Orleans. Neither of these teams plays a whole lot of defense, but this total is too high. The offenses on these teams do not produce triple digits on average. Chicago games average 201.7 per game while T-Wolves games average just a tad over 200. So why is this total set at 207? It's the fact that the last two Minnesota games have averaged 221.5 points. But let's remember, that's only two games. The game before that totalled just 180 points! Let's not overreact here and instead go with the value - on the UNDER.
