The Bulls are probably the NBA's biggest disappointment this season, as they got off to a bad start and everyone kept waiting for them to make their move. It just hasn't happened. They have been utterly uncompetitive on the road vs the .500+ teams in the league. The Bulls have a 3-10 record vs the .500+ teams on the road, but of the 10 losses, nine have come by double-digits, with the average margin being 17.1 ppg. The Bulls are now 20-35 ATS in non-conference games the pats two seasons. Dallas hasn't quite been the same team as last year, but that is due to their spotty road play. The Mavs, just 5-8 in their last 13 road games, have not lost a home game since back in December, and are on a 17-1 home run. The NBA Southwest is a shoot-out, as the Mavs are one of four teams seperated by two games for the division title. So, this is no time to take the night off. The Mavs, who have won nine of ten vs. Chicago here at home, continue that home dominance tonight.
