Cleveland is quickly moving up my power rankings as they are playing great basketball. They've won five straight SU and ATS as LeBron continues to improve. Chicago meanwhile has dropped six of nine. The latest loss was a 95-77 thumping at the hands of the Memphis Grizzlies. Cleveland is 15-5 as a favorite this season. Chicago is 1-8 this year against good teams like Cleveland that are outscoring their opponents by 3+ points per game. The Bulls are getting outscored 103 to 87 in division games this season.
