Washington has overtaken the Detroit Pistons for the worst record in the NBA with nine wins in 62 games and the Wizards currently have lost 16 in a row. The Wizards haven't been able to cover the spread their past three games, including a 119-109 home loss to Orlando as a seven-point underdog on Wednesday when they were outscored 66-44 in the second half and the Magic shot 54 percent for the game. Charlotte, of course, hasn't been much better, but the Hornets are 6-4 ATS their past 10 games and they have won the past two meetings with Washington.
