Charlotte at Toronto

The Toronto Raptors were an elite team at the beginning of the year, appearing to be able to hang in with the Cleveland Cavaliers for top honors in the NBA Eastern Conference. They carried a 22-8 record through 30 games, but since they have become a poor team for an extended period, having gone just 10-16 in their last 26 games. It isn't getting any better as they are just 4-11 in their last 15. They enter having failed to cover, or win any of their last three. Charlotte has been awful at 1-10 in their last 11 games, and hardly represent the type of team to serve as a wake-up call for the Raptors who continue to disappoint. Make the play on Charlotte.
