Charlotte at Minnesota

The Minnesota Timberwolves' organization needs to re-evaluate itself. They have not had a winning season since 2004. And despite several lottery picks along the way, this team does not seem to be good at evaluating talent and have paid the price. After winning just 45 total games the last two years, they are once again starting poorly at 3-6. The Charlotte Hornets are heading in the opposite direction. After just 28 total wins in 2011 and 2012, the Hornets have bolstered the lineup and have become a playoff caliber team. Last year they won a franchise high 51 games, and their 6-3 start to this season shows that this team is still on the rise. It is tough to defend your home court when you don't have the horses, and Minnesota is just 45-183 SU in their last 228 games as a home dog, and 20-88 SU when facing a team that is over .600.
