Charlotte at Memphis

The Charlotte Hornets never won more than 44 games in their franchise history, until they won 51 a year ago. They are off to a 9-7 start, and this is a team that is coming of age. The Grizzlies have been a hot team, winning seven of their last eight, and covering six of those. The problem is they have been amid a weak scheduling period, and five of those games were against teams that combine for a record of 22-59 on the season, so this is going to be a much stiffer test, and sometimes a team gets surprised after getting a look at a bunch of low level teams and now has to step it up. Charlotte lost the last meeting big, but the Hornets have made swift redemption as they are 28-15 ATS the last three years when revenging a loss of 10 or more points. Make the play on Charlotte.
