Charlotte at Denver

Charlotte won the first meeting 113-107 on Dec. 7 and now the Hornets travel to Denver with plenty of motivation as they were humiliated at home in an inexplicable 122-84 loss to Dallas. The Hornets have had three days to think about their performance against the Mavericks, who shot the lights out in the early going. Denver won at Sacramento on Thursday as Jamal Murray scored 17 of his 36 points in the fourth quarter for the Nuggets, who were trailing 66-53 at halftime. The Hornets have covered the spread four of the last five meetings and Denver is only 1-5 ATS its last six games despite winning four of them outright. Also, the Hornets have covered their last four versus teams with at least .600 winning percentages.
