Charlotte at Washington

It has been so long since the Washington Wizards have been a viable factor in the NBA. Despite being a lottery pick every season for the past several, they make bad decisions and instead of improving and gaining ground on the rest of the league, they are going backwards. The Wizards remain the only team in the NBA without a win at 0-10, and in comes Charlotte. Charlotte failed to make it to double-digit wins last season, but to their credit they have added some quality parts and have become competitive at 6-5 on the season. They have been where Washington is, and they are feeling good about themselves and won't let a golden opportunity for a win slip through their hands. Go with Charlotte on the moneyline.
