Charlotte at Washington

No team has made the strides that this Charlotte team has made this season. They were an ugly team the last two years, and have improved as the season has progressed. Down the stretch of this year, they have truly made a quantum leap. They are now over the .500 mark on the strength of a 16-8 run over their last 24 games, and will be in the playoffs this season. Washington looked to be a team that had turned the corner, and expected big things this season, but at three games over .500 they never reached that level.
