Charlotte at Boston

The Celtics have been slowing games down to a crawl of late as they filter in new players, and deal with healing injuries. Neither of these teams have touched the century mark in their last eight meetings, and that in itself makes it tough to chase 13 points as a chalk. The fact is that over their last 15 games, the Celtics have won just a single game by more than 12 points, and that is in spite playing against seven teams with a losing record. Boston is not putting the pedal to the metal in games vs. the weaker teams most of the time, and is 4-12 ATS in their last 16 as a home favorite of 11 or more.
