Toronto has lost 10 in a row and it is just 1-5 ATS its past six games after losing to hapless Washington 112-109 on Saturday when the Wizards had six scorers in double figures. The Raptors had lost five straight meetings to Brooklyn before finally beating the Nets 121-93 on Feb. 22 and that will give the Nets some extra incentive to redeem themselves for that debacle when they shot only 41 percent. Brooklyn also is on a losing streak, but it has played eight of nine on the road. The Nets have covered four of five following a double-digit loss and the Raptors are 0-7 ATS their past seven home contests and 2-6 ATS overall against teams with below .400 winning percentages.
