Brooklyn at Denver

The Brooklyn Nets made a few deals before the trade deadline, mostly for better draft stock. The bigger news was the move that wasn't made as Brook Lopez remains a Net. The Nets do get Jeremy Lin back tonight which should help them in Denver. The Nuggets were crushed in Sacramento last night by 16 to a team that just traded their best player. It marked the sixth straight game they allowed 110 points or more, and that makes for danger when trying to take down a double-digit line, and this is as big a favorite as they have been all season. The Nets roster has a lot of guys fighting for a roster spot somewhere else next year, and this team just might be a bit more competitive, especially with Lin back to direct the offense.
