Brooklyn at Chicago

The Brooklyn Nets survived the closeout game at home in Game Five with an easy 110-91 decision over the Bulls to force a Game Six in Chicago. While they look like they are in trouble, teams in the NBA playoffs that fail to closeout a series on the road as a dog come home and get it done 62.5% of the time, on the cover. The Bulls have won both games in Chicago including three of the last four. They have proven to be the better team through five games. The Bulls have gotten great production off their bench and have nine players all averaging 5.6 ppg or more. The Bulls did what they have done best all season in Game Three when they held the Nets to just 76 points, and I expect to see a lot of effort on the defensive end here by the Bulls. The Bulls' defensive resolve has led them to a 9-3 UNDER mark after losing their previous game by 10 points or more. Brooklyn has shown the propensity to turn defensive after two days of rest where they are 20-9 to the UNDER in their last 29. The Nets have failed to cover following a cover in four straight games, and the Bulls have covered four of their last five at home vs. a winning team. Play on Chicago and take the UNDER.
