Brooklyn at Charlotte

The first time the teams met this season Charlotte pulled out a 129-128 victory on Nov. 30 after Brooklyn had won the previous five meetings. The Nets have won three of five although they come off a 118-112 loss at Detroit on Thursday after defeating Philadelphia two nights before. The Nets shot 49 percent, but they couldn't overcome the Pistons' 52 percent shooting and Jaden Ivey and Cade Cunningham combined for 66 points for Detroit. Charlotte has lost six in a row, including 112-100 to Washington, which snapped a 16-game skid on Friday night. The Hornets missed their first 17 3-point tries and shot only 40 percent overall and this was after scoring only 89 points against Orlando on Tuesday. The Hornets are 4-11 ATS after a double-digit loss and now they have to play a back-to-back. Take the Nets.
