Brooklyn at Boston

The Boston Celtics have a storied history, but some of that glorious past will have to be on hold for awhile as the Celtics are undergoing a rebuilding process. The one thing they do have is a deep roster, and that means there is the opportunity for one or two players to catch the hot hand at any given time. Paul Pierce has moved on from the Nets, and Kevin Garnett was on the decline well before he came to Brooklyn, and I'm not sure what is left in the tank. The Nets have another new coach, and it may take some time to develop some chemistry with new sets and new philosophies. Boston has a fresh shot in game one at the Garden with a lot of familiar faces from last year and an 80% chance for Rondo to see action as well. Play on Boston.
