Boston at Los Angeles

The Los Angeles Clippers have become king of Los Angeles as the Lakers have been a poor team now for the last two seasons. The Clippers have not played very well over their last 16 games, however, as they are 9-7. And despite a 27-14 overall record, the Clips have played well under the line at 17-24 ATS on the season. Boston hasn't found the win column a lot, but they do have a very deep roster with interchangable parts, and I think LA takes the Celts lightly here. The Clippers have had their biggest issue with a team that went for over 100 points in their last game as defending hasn't been their strongest suit, and they are a woeful 7-20 ATS in their last 27 against them. Boston has covered four of their last five after a spread loss, and Los Angeles is now 3-8 ATS in their last 11 following a win. Make the play on Boston with the points. Also take them on the moneyline. I know it's somewhat of a crazy call, but I think there's value at 8-to-1 here for Boston to pull the massive upset. Boston can score, averaging well into triple figures on the seaosn, and Los Angeles' defense is below average. Over their last five games, the Clippers have allowed 106.4 points per game. The Clippers really let down after a win. This season, they are just 11-12 straight-up following a victory. Take the Celtics on the spread and also straight-up.
