Boston at Los Angeles

Boston has to come right back and play at Staples Center after losing to the Lakers last night. Jayson Tatum scored 14 of his 34 points in the first quarter, but the Lakers shot 56.5 percent in the first three quarters and the Celtics could never catch up. The Clippers are home after a three-game trip and beating Portland 102-90 on Monday when Paul George scored 21 points on 50 percent shooting. The Clippers though have lost four of their last six games, including three at home against Golden State, New Orleans and Sacramento. Boston has won the last three meetings and will play better defense in this matchup than it did on Tuesday night. The Clippers were fortunate that Portland was missing Damian Lillard and CJ McCollum while beating the Trail Blazers. Take the Celtics on the moneyline.
