Boston at Indiana

The Celtics hung another banner in Boston, not because of the offensive prowess of Allen, Garnett, and Pierce, but because of their commitment to defense where they were tops in the league. So what do we see this year? A team that has held their first two opponents to just 82.5 points per game, and last night Chicago scored 31 in the first half. The Pacers played a similar defensive-minded team in Detroit and managed just 40 first-half points. Indiana is just not a team that will score a lot against a team committed to defense.
