Atlanta at Washington

I'm not sure which of these teams have been more disappointing, but both have under-achieved expectations on the season. Washington turned the corner a year ago, after years at or near the bottom of the NBA. They appeared to have things going during an 8-1 run, only to fizzle again. They have been just 4-6 since, and have had trouble getting the money at just 3-8 ATS in their last 11. The Hawks have followed five straight wins with five straight losses. This should be a highly-competitive game with each thinking it has an opportunity for a win, so I think the points come into play here. The Wizards just 7-15-1 ATS in their last 23 at home, including 3-10-1 ATS in their last 14 vs. a team with a losing road record. Make the play on Atlanta.
