Atlanta at Toronto

Toronto was a surprise team in the NBA a season ago. Many thought they were a year or two away from being competitive, but they put together their best record in franchise history, logging 48 wins, and could certainly improve upon that this season. Dwane Casey is making a name for himself as the Raptors have improved in the win column every year he has been there. Toronto has won the last two at home vs. Atlanta. The Hawks barely made the playoffs last season, sliding in at the wire in the #8 spot, and have not really done anything to improve their roster, so they remain a borderline playoffs team - even in the weak Eastern Conference. This is a home-dominated series as the last four go to the home team ATS, and I don't see anything that woud change that here. The home team gets this one again.
