Atlanta at Toronto

The Toronto Raptors represent the top of the Eastern Conference while the Atlanta Hawks represent the bottom. There is better than a 40% difference in winning percentage between these teams, so expect a lot of garbage time here. I don't think the points are going to falling as fast as the clock in the latter stages of this game. This looks a lot like Toronto's home game vs. Chicago 10 days ago where they shot under 40% with just 184 total points scored. I think we will see more points here, but the total is sky high.
