Atlanta at Toronto

It currently looks like a two-horse race in the NBA Eastern Conference, with Toronto and Cleveland distancing themselves from the pack. Atlanta was expected to be better than 12-13, but their best player in Paul Millsap was out for three games, and Atlanta lost all three. They have also lost both games where his minutes were limited to fewer than 30. Take away that 0-5, and we are looking at a different team. As a result, I think there is some hidden value in this game. Toronto has gone 10-1 in their last 11 games, and has covered 11 of their last 12, so they hve become a highly over-valued team against an under-valued Atlanta.
