Rebuilding Atlanta opens on the road and hands the offense to rookie point guard Trae Young. John Collins was NBA All-Rookie second-team last season but will miss the first three games with a left ankle injury. Atlanta was 8-33 straight-up on the road last season and is 4-9-1 ATS when following a straight-up loss. New York has a new head coach for hard-driving David Fizdale, who certainly wants to make a good impression on the home fans in the opener.
