Atlanta at Boston

Boston won all three meetings in the regular season and the Celtics have covered the spread the past five meetings dating to last season and five of the past seven have gone UNDER although Atlanta is playing a different style offense since Quin Snyder became coach on Feb. 26. The Hawks enjoyed a 26-6 advantage in offensive rebounds while beating Miami on Tuesday, but it won't be nearly that easy against the rested Celtics, who are 8-2 ATS their past 10 games and have allowed only 104.2 points their past six games. The Hawks make only 10.7 per game from 3-point distance compared to 16.0 for Boston and the Celtics allow just 11.6 per game from downtown. Atlanta is 20-42 ATS following a win and 39-16-1 UNDER in conference quarterfinal games and this is a high posted total for a first game of a playoff series.
