Atlanta Hawks vs Phoenix Suns

The Phoenix Suns have not played up to expectations this season, and while they've won three in a row, that performance is a bit misleading. All three wins were at home and tonight they travel to face another squad that has played well on home court. The Hawks are a borderline playoff team. They are good at turning their opponent over, as they've forced 16 per game. The Suns have covered just four of their last 12 road games, and the Hawks are on three days rest. Atlanta has been a moneyburner all season with a 23-45 ATS record overall and 12-22 ATS on the road. Phoenix will look to avenge a 129-120 loss to the Hawks on Feb. 2 after defeating Philadelphia 115-102 on Wednesday night. Grayson Allen made nine 3-pointers and totaled 32 points for the Suns, who covered as a 9.5-point favorite and hit 19 of 49 3-pointers. The Suns are relatively healthy again while the Hawks are dealing with several key injuries, including Trae Young, who isn't expected back until early April. Atlanta has lost four of five after getting blown out 136-105 by the Los Angeles Lakers on Monday, and they made only nine of 41 from 3-point range. The Hawks have won two in a row after defeating the Lakers 138-122 on Tuesday. Trae Young scored 26 points and seven players scored in double figures for the Hawks, who easily covered as a six-point favorite. Phoenix is in a terrible scheduling spot as the Suns are playing their sixth straight road game in only 10 days. The Suns do come off a 136-120 win over Brooklyn on Wednesday while shooting 62 percent overall and hitting 14 of 28 from 3-point range. Don't expect Phoenix to shoot that well two games in a row especially being a tired team. The Suns are 3-7 ATS their past 10 games against teams with losing records, 1-7-1 ATS following an ATS win and 4-11-1 ATS playing with one day of rest. Take the Hawks as a Max Play.

This is the fourth straight road game for Phoenix on a five-game trek. The Suns are 3-3-1 ATS in their last seven road games including a 30-point loss at Memphis and a 29-point defeat at Minnesota. Atlanta is home from a five-game trip as well as playing 14 of their last 19 on the road. The Hawks are 11-3 ATS after failing to cover in two or more straight games and just won at Phoenix last week, 132-100, shooting 57.1% from the field while forcing 16 turnovers.
