Mounir Lazzez vs. Abdul Razak Alhassan

34-year old Abdul Razak Alhassan is a big favorite, but he hasn't fought since September of 2018. He's coming off a 22-month layoff after dealing with rape accusations that were cleared in March. He is 3-1 in his last four UFC bouts, but the quality of the opponents isn't impressive. Two of those wins came against Sabah Homasi and Charlie Ward, who don't have a single UFC victory and have since been knocked out in each of their UFC fights. And he lost to Omari Akhmedov in a split decision that went the distance. His opponent, Mounir Lazzez, is two years younger and makes his UFC debut after going 9-1 in MMA action. Lazzez is a terrific striker who utilizes quick and powerful kicks. Eight of his nine wins have come via knockout, and his last two fights were first-round TKO wins in the last nine months. Lazzez has a reach advantage and a three-inch height edge in this battle. His only loss came against a grappler (Eldar Eldarov), and that won't be a concern in this fight.
