Washington at Philadelphia

The Phillies are back home where they are 7-4 compared to 5-11 on the road. They send Nick Pivetta to the mound in place of Aaron Nola, who has a minor back injury. Pivetta gave up two runs in five innings against the Dodgers on April 30 and he was 3-0 with a 0.95 ERA for Philly's Triple-A team. Washington scored only nine runs its last three games after scoring 23 in one game against the Mets on Sunday. Bryce Harper is questionable with groin tightness and Stephen Strasburg comes off a 5-3 loss when he allowed three runs and six hits in seven innings. Philadelphia has won its last five home games and it is 55-25 its last 80 home games after a road trip of at least seven days. That includes Phillies teams of the last couple years that weren't nearly as talented as this one. Take advantage of the huge value and play the Phillies.
