The Phillies have won seven of the past 10 meetings and Ranger Suarez is on the mound and he allowed only four runs in 33 1/3 innings in June and the Phillies have won four of his past five starts, including 5-1 over the Cubs on Tuesday when he gave up a run on four hits in 7 1/3 innings. Suarez has faced the Nationals once this year and allowed one run in seven innings. Philadelphia's bullpen is tied at #11 in the majors in saves. Trevor Williams has a 5.65 ERA and .304 opponent batting average in road games this year and he had a 5.04 ERA and .314 OBA in the month of June overall.
