We cashed yesterday on the Mets on both the moneyline and runline but today we'll look to the total. Johan Santana goes for New York and this guy has been virtually untouchable. He's posted a 1.50 ERA overall which is just 0.81 at home. Backing him up is a bullpen that has posted a 2.75 ERA at home. Given that the Nats are averaging just 2.9 runs per game over their last seven, how are they going to score tonight? They are already 7-4 UNDER this season vs. LHP. New York has been going UNDER as well having gone 5-1-1 UNDER in their last seven, averaging just 4.0 runs per game over that stretch. Over the past three seasons, Washington has gone 30-14 to the UNDER when facing a starting pitcher that averages over six and a third innings per start. Over that same span the Mets are 14-3 UNDER when facing a team that is at .380 or worse. I like this one to go UNDER.
