Many think that Matt Harvey is the anchor of this Mets rotation, but that may be changing as Jacob deGrom continues to get better and better. deGrom is now 10-6 on the season backed by an ERA of 2.05. Joe Ross has pitched well for the Nats, but he has been a victim of lack of run support, which has plagued the Nationals' rotation all season. deGrom has dominated at home where he is 5-2 with a 1.48 ERA while holding teams to a .207 batting average against in 10 starts at Citi Field. The Nats' track record when playing as a road dog is a woeful 28-58 in their last 86, and overall they are now just 1-7 in their last eight as a dog.
