Washington at Milwaukee

Washington is deep into a total rebuild, and they have paid the price early in the season as the Nats are just 13-26 through almost a quarter of the season. They are coming off of a win at Miami, so they should at least have a good mindset coming into this series with Milwaukee. The Brewers came out strong and posted a 19-8 record, but they have not played well over the last two weeks as they are just 5-6 in their last 11 games. Their pitching has betrayed them as the Brewers' staff has yielded 62 runs in the 11 games at 5.7 per contest. The offense has also been inconsistent as they have scored three or fewer runs in six of those 11 games. They gave up 29 runs to lowly Cincinnati in a three-game series, and under the circumstances, this line is not indicative of their recent struggles. Make the play on Washington.
