Washington is a road favorite, but playing its sixth straight road contest on an 8-game trip. And they haven't been playing well, losing 11 of 15, plus a 2-6 road run. Bryce Harper was plunked on the left knee and it remains to be seen whether he will play Sunday. Max Scherzer goes here, but has suffered back-to-back defeats. He lost to the New York Yankees in his last turn when he gave up four runs and eight hits in 6 2/3 innings. The Nationals are 3-11 against a right-handed starter and face talented Brewers, 6-foot-6 righty Taylor Jungmann (1-0, 1.29). He was sensational in his major-league debut Tuesday when he defeated the Pittsburgh Pirates. He gave up one run and three hits in seven innings, and Pittsburgh had trouble picking up his off-speed pitches. The Brewers are 5-1 in their last six games as an underdog, plus 4-1 after a defeat, so grab the home dog. Play Milwaukee.
