Washington winds up a five-game road trip here with a .500 record on it, and a losing record on the road for the season. The offense hasn't hit all year, 28th in baseball in runs scored, 27th in on base percentage, and 26th in batting average (.241). The Nationals are 8-20 in their last 28 games as a road underdog and trot out righty Taylor Jordan (1-3), who is 0-2 on the road where opponents hit .328 off him. Milwaukee has home field, and the Brewers are 86-42 in their last 128 home games against a team with a losing record. Veteran starter Kyle Lohse (7-7, 3.22) has been strong all season, and has won six of his last seven decisions  The 34-year-old has yielded more than three runs only once in his last 12 outings. He is 5-2 lifetime versus the Nationals, including a win on July 3rd, as he allowed just one run and four hits in eight frames at Washington.
