Bottom line is these are 2 under pitchers and given the strength of their bullpens and lack of offense as it is, the under is a strong play. Besides the under is 4-0 in Oswalt's last 4 starts versus the Nationals and the under is 8-2 when Oswalt goes on the mound and the Astros are favored by more than -150. This is not to mention that the under is 5-0-1 for Hernandez when facing a winning team and the under is 4-1 when his team goes in to a ball game as an underdog.
