Washington at Cleveland

The Cleveland Guardians played at a very elevated level when they went out and won 12 out of 13 which included a nine game winning streak. They are showing signs that that unsustainable level is changing. The Guardians have lost two out of their last three. They went from a pitching staff that allowed more than four runs in 13 of 14 games to a team that has allowed 22 total runs just in their last three. Washington got off to a slow start, and it was not unexpected, as this team is still rebuilding. The good news is their are signs of progress. The Nats went on a 9-4 stretch, played poorly for a but, but are back to winning as they have taken 5 of their last 7. They have to feel pretty good about themselves as they just took three out of four from Atlanta. Make the play on Washington.
