The Chicago Cubs have an interesting, old ball park in Wrigley Field, and in the Windy City sometimes the weather has the odds makers scrambling to keep up with the ever changing conditions there. Today the wind is projected to blow straight out to centerfield, and that has the odds makers posting an 11.5 on the toal at this time. The adjustment is simply too dramatic for the situation here. The Cubs have played here for a long time, and over the past 10 years, they have seen close to 100 of their games go off to a total of 10.5 or higher and 55% of them have come in UNDER the total. That number has improved to the UNDER in recent years, as we come out of the steroid era, as 64% of the totals posted at 10.5 or higher have fallen shy of the total in the last five years. Make the play on the UNDER.
