Washington at Chicago

A season of high expectations have all come tumbling down for the Washington Nationals. They enter this game four games under .500, and are a miracle away from the playoffs this season. Who would of thought they would be just six games better than the Cubs at this point of the season? The problem has been offense which has plagued the Nats all season. This is a team that has scored 2 runs or less 55 times this season, and have won just six of those. Chris Rusin is auditioning for a spot in the Cubs' rotation for next year, and certainly looks solid in having gone 2-2 with a 3.06 ERA. The Nationals are just 3-12 in Haren's last 15 starts, which includes 1-7 in his last eight on the road. The Cubs get this one.
