Washington at Chicago

The Washington Nationals have been in rebuilding mode over the past two years. If that wasn't certain to team members before the All-Star break, the trading of Juan Soto put the exclamation mark on it. It's hard for a team that now realizes they are heading nowhere in the present, and Washington is playing like a defeated team right now. They've lost six straight and are 2-10 in their last 12. Chicago won the series opener and has won three of their past four. I don't see much changing here tonight, and will make the play on Chicago.
