The Washington Nationals surprised a lot of people with the start they got off to this season. The Nats clung to the .500 mark through the end of May, but they have fallen back to the team that most expected in June. The offense has scored 4 runs or less in 12 of the last 13 games, and has been limited to 10 runs in the last six games. The Birds, on the other hand, were also expected to be bad and have been all season long. They have not been able to produce any runs, scoring just 66 in their last 19 home games, or 3.4 per game. Just 20 of the Nats’ last 65 interleague road games vs. a losing team have been able to exceed the total. Baltimore has seen only 11 of their last 40, after allowing 5+ runs in their previous game, top the total. I'll go UNDER in this one.
