Washington at Baltimore

The opener between these clubs was washed out last night. That was supposed to be played in Washington, but now the series moves to Baltimore. Baltimore has won 4 straight here outscoring their opponent 26-10 in the process. Doug Fister, who has pitched very well for them, but the O's will be a familiar foe, as they faced him when he was with Seattle, and had a lot of success, with Fister's ERA at 5.30 against them.  Bud Norris has also pitched well for Baltimore at 7-5 with a 3.62 ERA on the season, and has had success vs the Nats where he owns a 2-0 career record. Washington simply has not responded well as a road dog, where they are just 18-40 in their last 58 in that role.
