Washington defeated the Braves 4-2 on Wednesday when Juan Soto hit a tie-breaking two-run homer in the seventh and Atlanta now is only one game above .500 at home this season. The Nationals will face Huascar Ynoa, who gave up four runs on five hits in 5 2/3 innings against Colorado on Friday and the Braves have lost his last three starts. Washington is playing the spoiler role while winning three of its last five games and fighting to stay out of last place in the NL East.
